描述

本品采用我司具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的的截短VZV gE蛋白作為抗原, 同時(shí)包含主要的B細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞表位，搭載自研的雙佐劑系統(tǒng)，能誘導(dǎo)機(jī)體產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的特異性體液免疫和細(xì)胞免疫應(yīng)答，使用的佐劑均已在上市疫苗中應(yīng)用。本品于2024年8月獲得中國(guó)IND批準(zhǔn)。本品于2025年2月啟動(dòng)I期臨床研究，已完成階段性安全性觀察，本品表現(xiàn)出良好的安全性，已于2025年7月進(jìn)入II期臨床研究階段。
